Build Better Relationships

Great relationships don’t happen by accident.

Whether it’s friendship, romance, family, or business, meaningful relationships are built on trust, understanding, and emotional connection.

The people who enjoy the richest relationships aren’t necessarily the most attractive, the most successful, or the most outgoing. They simply understand how to connect with others in ways that make people feel comfortable, valued, and understood.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to become more comfortable meeting new people.
  • How to create genuine emotional connection.
  • How to recognize relationship compatibility.
  • How to communicate with warmth and confidence.
  • How to move naturally from conversation to connection.
  • How to build relationships that last.

Relationships Are a Process

Love isn’t magic. Relationships don’t happen overnight.

The strongest relationships tend to follow a natural progression:

  • Attraction
  • Connection
  • Intimacy
  • Commitment

When we understand how relationships develop, we stop leaving them entirely to chance. We become more intentional, more authentic, and more confident in the way we connect with others.

This international bestseller explores the psychology of attraction, emotional intimacy, and lasting relationships.

Despite its playful title, it isn’t about tricks, pickup lines, or manipulation. It’s about understanding how meaningful relationships are created and learning practical skills that help people feel comfortable being themselves.

The principles in this book have helped thousands of readers build stronger, happier, and more fulfilling relationships.

Why I Wrote This Book

More than 56 years ago, I met the woman who would become my wife, Wendy.

It was the second marriage for both of us. We had both learned some hard lessons about relationships and had a much clearer idea of who we were and what really mattered in life.

Looking back, I don’t think we found perfection. I think we found compatibility, friendship, mutual respect, and a shared sense of adventure. We are wonderfully different in many ways and remarkably alike in the things that matter most.

Together, we’ve raised five children, travelled the world, built businesses, laughed a great deal, and supported one another through life’s inevitable ups and downs.

Our relationship inspired me to ask an important question: Why do some relationships flourish while others struggle?

That question led me to interview thousands of people and study the common threads that run through successful, loving relationships.

The title may promise 90 minutes. The real goal is a lifetime.
